Formats Customizer
is a unique way to remove document types that are not used from
application file dialogs for the commands: "Open", "Save", "Import",
"Export". It is easy to use and powerful usability integrate seamlessly
into several programs. When you try to open a particular file type using
some program like MsPaint, MsWord and MsExcel etc, you see the open
dialog box which list so many files types which makes it difficult for
you to select the specific file type. Formats Customizer allows you to
remove documents types which are not being used by the application as
per your choice from Open, Save, Import and Export dialog boxes in
windows.
Once
install and launch the utility, a tiny icon will stay at system tray
ready for use. In order to customize the format selection, right
clicking on it followed with selection on ‘Formats Customizer’ will
prompt users with a simple GUI for configuration.

free for download here and is compatible to run in Windows XP, Windows
Vista, Windows 7 for 32-bit version only.
